Yes, please submit a purchase order that references your HIGHPOWER quotation number when you submit samples for testing. However, if you are submitting samples for our observation and review only, you do not need a quote but please note this on your sample submission form.

Yes, please submit a completed “Sample Submission Form” which is available on the HIGHPOWER website and is also provided at the time of quotation. This is needed when sending samples to HIGHPOWER.

The sample submission form is necessary for HIGHPOWER to know how to properly receive, handle and store client submitted samples for testing. Instructions on the sample submission form are located on page one (1) of the document. It is necessary to indicate sample storage, disposition, and sterile status, along with part numbers, lot or serial numbers that are identifiable on the devices. Please make sure to fill out the contact information and sign the document once it is completed. If you need additional support filling out the sample form, please call the main phone number at 1-888-722-1529 and ask for assistance.

No, at this time, the only forms of payment that HIGHPOWER accepts are ACH direct deposit, Wire Transfer, and Check. For more information regarding our payment terms, please see our Standard Terms and Conditions located on the home page of the website. Bank remittance details will be provided at the time of quotation and/or invoicing.

Samples needed for testing can vary and largely depend on the type of testing that is being performed at HIGHPOWER. As a rule, HIGHPOWER likes to have three samples for studies such as sterilization efficacies, dry times, etc. However, when more samples are provided for testing, it can significantly reduce over turnaround times, especially when multiple studies on the device are being performed.

HIGHPOWER is accredited and operates within the ISO 17025 quality system. To be accredited, HIGHPOWER’s quality system and technical competence was evaluated by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), a third-party accreditation body. A copy of our ISO 17025 certificate and scope of accreditation are located on the home page of our website.

No, HIGHPOWER is no longer registered with the FDA, as we do not provide a product or service that falls under FDA jurisdiction. However, we strive to maintain GMP compliance within the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, Quality System Regulation.

No, HIGHPOWER does not provide contract sterilization. However, after being in this industry for over three decades, we may be able to assist clients in finding companies that do.

Turnaround times are calculated using a variety of factors including but not limited to; the type of testing, number of samples provided, employee and equipment resources, availability of consumables used during testing, and the current demand in the lab testing queue. For urgent client situations, HIGHPOWER does offer expedited testing. When STAT fees are paid, additional resources are allocated to move STAT clients ahead in the testing queue.
